Instructors Club
The Instructors Club is a group established to promote unity and brotherhood among regional instructors, refine and standardize technical performance, and promote the professional development of instructors as business owners. Membership in the Club is limited to studio owners, Masters (Red Stripe), and Oh Dan and above instructors within the region. If one or more studios is owned by more than one individual, only one of the individuals will be allowed to be a member of the Club unless all owners are Masters, in which case all Master owners of the studio will be allowed to attend. **Any studio owner with multiple locations who wishes an instructor of a branch studio to attend the monthly meetings must request permission in writing from the Regional Director; such instructor is not, however, an official member of the Club.
Leadership Program
The Leadership Program offers members opportunities to broaden and deepen their Tang Soo Do training, leadership skills, and involvement as servant leaders in the Region and Association. Members are encouraged to work with a mentor (Oh Dan level or higher) who may be their current instructor or other active member with whom they work to guide their further development. This is meant to focus and enhance their overall growth and not preclude current relationships and exchanges with others on specific topics.
